I was so excited to receive an email last week to say I am now a registered Senior Yoga Teacher with @yogaallianceprofessionals (the highest level)
.
When I first trained as a yoga teacher I was working as a rowing coach and I knew wanted to teach yoga to rowers. But from years of teaching and thousands of hours studying and training - I now really appreciate how many different communities it can serve 🙏🏼
.
It also means that I can now provide teacher trainings ✨ & I have been working with @yogamamalondon to produce a children’s yoga qualification which is going to be incredible - we are working alongside a child psychologist and physiotherapist too 👍🏼

I can’t believe it’s been 1 year since we first went into lockdown - my little baby has turned into a little boy and I’ve never had to do so much online as this past year!!
.
I don’t need my life to be hectic and busy - but a few more adventures and time with loved ones will be very much welcome! It’ll be nice to have more to say when people ask what you’ve been up to!!
.
So thankful for my yoga practice and all the lovely yogis that have kept me going this past year. Whether you have attended classes or commented/ liked my posts I am eternally grateful 🙏🏼

I’ve had a super busy January with my regular classes and 1 to 1’s as well as working with lots of rowing clubs working on mobility in lockdown

I have been filming some new content and sequences to put here - on @yogaforrowers and on my YouTube channel & will be editing and uploading over the next month
