Yoga in Schools / Kids Yoga

Yoga lessons give children:

  • Strength and suppleness as they grow
  • Confidence
  • More awareness of their bodies
  • Techniques to deal with the emotions and pressures of their lives (including breath work)
  • Schools will see children returning to class after a yoga session ready for learning and other new challenges.
