Yoga for Kids
Classes involve a range of movement and mindfulness activities and exercises to introduce kids to yoga. Simple exercises from five finger breathing to musical statues yoga and yoga adventure stories for younger children. For older kids we do a range of mindfulness activities as well as partner work and team building.
In the summer I run sessions on a farm alongside farmyard animals. These are held on a gorgeous animal sanctuary were the kids meet the animals and learn about how they are looked after – before we do some animal yoga poses!
