Pregnancy Yoga

One to one or private group classes are available in South West London and Henley areas – starting at £60 per session. At the moment I am not running regular group classes but I hope to start a class again in 2021.

Yoga in pregnancy can have so many benefits to both you and your baby including:

  • Improve body awareness and connection to your baby
  • Reduce stress and anxiety
  • Meeting other mums
  • Positive and helpful preparation for childbirth and beyond
  • Pelvic floor strengthening
  • Breathing techniques
  • Improve sleep
  • Improve strength

Many mums find the most important part is to take an hour a week to really connect with their changing body and their baby in this special time. The classes are set to relaxing music and involve lots of fluid movements.
