A time to connect to yourself and your baby.
I hold group pregnancy yoga classes in Chiswick on Monday evenings 6.30-7.30pm (term time only). These are held at a gorgeous studio space at The Children’s Wellness Centre on Fishers Lane Chiswick (just off the high road). £16 to ‘drop in’ or £14 for a block booking. Yoga in pregnancy can have so many benefits to both you and your baby including:

One to one classes are also available in South West London and Henley areas – starting at £60 per session.
