Just listened to an awesome podcast with @steven and @aliabdaal - where they talk about making a gratitude shift to change your inner narrative from ‘I have to’ to ‘I get to’ 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I’ve been working with this shift for a few years but they put it so eloquently that it makes perfect sense 🙌🏼

Such a little change that can have a massive impact.

Is anyone else feeling a little exhausted at the moment?
.
This little whirlwind is keeping me on my toes (and sapping my energy a lot of the time!) & I’ve been struggling to balance teaching / work and mum life.
.
I know I have so many tools to help from breathwork, mindfulness meditations etc. but I’ve been struggling to prioritise the time (even though I know how much I need it)
.
It’s easy to forget to do the little things for ourselves and I’ve been trying to add in at least one thing each week that doesn’t revolve around work/the boy!
.
What do you do when your batteries need a re-charge? Ideas please 🙋🏼‍♀️
