😴 however I’ve been feeling exhausted since last week.. I don’t know if it’s my booster or the emotional drain of dealing with all the changes.. and Childs pose is about all I can manage

✨ For me yoga is one of the best ways to cultivate mindfulness - & the more I do for myself the more I bring that intention into my every day life

🙏🏼 For me it’s about the benefit for your mind and body

💪🏼 It doesn’t matter how it looks - it’s how it feels

🚣 This is especially true for athletes - if you’re using yoga to benefit your performance.. it’s one of the areas that you need to not be competitive to benefit (easier said than done!)
